Where can I find my order number?

Your order number appears in your Fabric Mega Store order confirmation email. Enter it with the same email address you used at checkout. The # symbol is optional.

Why is there no delivery date yet?

A delivery date appears when an estimate is available from the carrier. If your order is still being prepared, or the carrier has not supplied an estimate, we will show its latest available status instead.

My tracking has not changed. What should I do?

A shipping label can be created before a carrier scans the package. Updates can also pause between scans. Use the carrier tracking link for its latest details, or contact our team if you need help.

Can my order arrive in more than one package?

Yes. If your order has multiple shipments, each package is shown separately with its own tracking details. Their delivery dates may be different.
